Our ski jackets are rider designed, tested and approved. They’re packed with handy, well-thought out features which will keep you going all day long. As well as being coated with solvent-free DWR coating, they’ve all got handy lift-pass pockets and stash pockets. All styles, except the Happy Days and Overstoke have a powder skirt. These may be removable or attached, depending on the style you opt for.  They’re also all made using recycled polyester, which is created from post-consumer waste plastic bottles. Our jackets made from Ridedry20 fabric are made using REPREVE certified polyester. Our Jacket's come in different fits, so whether you’re looking for a slim, regular, relaxed or loose fit, we’ve got something for you.

Planks' colours and series

Our outerwear is split into series. However, fear not, no matter the series, all of our gear is waterproof and breathable, two things which are crucial for skiwear. We have a whole range of colours and patterns. Looking for something more subtle? We’ve got black, grey, army green or navy. Feeling bold? Why not go for petrol blue, fluoro lime, purple, orange, indigo, or even animal print!

If you’re a backcountry fanatic who enjoys ski touring and earning their turns, our Yeti Series for you. The Yeti Series is a collection of 3-layer shell apparel designed for serious freeride skiers. With fully taped seams, the recycled 2-way stretch fabric is bonded to Planks’ most waterproof and breathable 20k/20k membrane for maximum performance. 

The Good Times Series is robust and versatile; it is designed to take whatever you or the mountains can throw at it, time after time. It’s our bestselling series year after year. This is comfort-focused outerwear for long ski days. A level up from the Shred Series in terms of features, Good Times apparel has highly waterproof, breathable and recycled 15k/15k fabrics. Combine that with toasty warm midweight insulation, fully taped seams, and waterproof exposed zips and you're ready for the hill! Regular fits across the series offer enough room to add extra layers and still feel free skiing. There’s mesh-lined venting to cool you down and keep the snow out too. These jackets and pants are packed with everything you’ll ever need for maximum good times in the mountains! 

Next up we’ve got the Shred Series. Home to bold styles and essential features, the Shred Series puts the “fun” into functional. Animal print, hot red, powder pink - pick your colour or print and go shred. Created for the daily shredder, every piece of outerwear features Planks’ recycled RIDEdry10 fabric and taped seams to keep you dry and comfortable for a full day’s riding. There are zip- close stash pockets for your phone, Rizlas, car keys and cold fingers, in every jacket, pant and riding hoodie. Fit, venting features and insulation weights vary by style, so first choose the look, then check the specs. The Shred Series works better the more upside down you go.
