Shipping rates 

We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note, any order made after 12pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (3-5 working days) - Free on orders over £100

                  * All Shipments outside of the UK are subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT), etc. These charges are the responsible of the paying customer. The rates will be communicated at checkout and can be paid upfront or on delivery.

                  IMPORTANT - We do not ship to PO Boxes.

                   

                  How long will it take my order to arrive? 

                  We will always endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in times of high order volume, packing and dispatch will take longer. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process. Please note that we do not consider weekends and public holidays as a working day. Any orders made after 12.00pm (GMT) on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. If the order is made after 12.00pm the day before a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.

                   

                  How do I track my order?

                  When your order is shipped you will have receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order -  providing the shipping option you have chosen includes this service. UK customers can find tracking information by logging into their account.

                  Planks Clothing cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

                  ORDERS FOR UK:

                  Order before 12 pm (local time) to receive your order within 1 working day. Orders made after 12 pm will take an additional working day (working days excludes: Weekend & Bank Holidays).

                  DPD Local - track your order here. (Once shipped, UK DPD Local deliveries typically arrive the next working day.)
                  Royal Mail - track your order here. (Please allow up to 5 working days from shipping date for the order to arrive.)


                  ORDERS FOR EUROPE & REST OF WORLD:

                  Tracking details for orders to Europe, the US, Canada, Switzerland, Republic of Ireland, Norway, UK Channel Islands, Japan and rest of the world, will be confirmed by email.

                  Do I have to pay customs, duties or tariffs?

                  All Shipments outside of the UK are subject to tariffs, duties, value-added tax (VAT), etc.

                  • These costs are your responsibility
                  • These costs are communicated at checkout
                  • It is your responsibility to pay these charges at checkout or on receipt of goods

                  Please be aware that import duties are paid on all orders shipped to the US over $800.

                  If you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
